 Everyone under the age of 18 participating must come accompanied by an adult (someone 18 years of age or older) who will remain during the event.

 Note: A Parent must sign giving permission for their child or a younger teen to participate.  

Light refreshments and pizza will be served.
Please try to return forms early so our Knights can have an idea of how many shall attend.
